Placeholders
Show stats, ELO and leaderboards on scoreboards and holograms.

Placeholders need PlaceholderAPI. The identifier is alphapractice, so every placeholder looks like %alphapractice_<name>%. <ladder> is a ladder name as written in its file. In the tables, u means unranked and r means ranked.

Leaderboards
Ranks run from 1 to 10. k returns the player name and v returns the value.
