What you get

Teleport requests with confirm and accept menus, a countdown that cancels if you move, and a landing spot that is always safe.

/tpa and /tpahere open a confirm menu for the sender. The target gets clickable [accept] and [deny] buttons in chat.

27-slot menus show the other player's head, world, health, hunger, flying state and game mode before anyone commits.

A countdown in the action bar and as a big title. Moving, or taking damage, cancels it.

Never lands in lava, fire, the void or inside blocks. If the spot is unsafe it looks around for a safe one.

Request expiry, a per-target cooldown, a daily limit, and a cap on open requests. Each can be bypassed by permission.

Claims the bare labels from CMI and EssentialsX so these commands run, while their namespaced forms stay reachable.

Works with its defaults. These steps are only for tuning.

Install and start. Drop the jar in plugins/ and start the server. A new server stays disabled until AlphaStudio approves it, see Server approval.
Try it. With two players, run /tpa <name> and accept from the other side.
Tune it. teleport.countdown, request.cooldown and request.daily-limit in config.yml cover most servers.
Block worlds if needed. Put worlds that should not allow requests under teleport.blocked-worlds.
Reload. /alphatpa reload applies any edit.
